Understanding the trend and desires of most VietIS employees, this year the company organized a healing, slow-paced trip. Instead of sun-drenched team-building activities on the beach or visiting famous landmarks at the resort, we shifted to activities that allow everyone to freely immerse in nature, swim at their leisure, and engage in personal interests. Yet, we still ensured there were company-wide activities to showcase our presence and unity.
