Report, highlighting key achievements, existing challenges, and proposed directions for training
initiatives in 2026.
Following the report, Mr. Dang Dieu Linh, Chairman of the Board, shared his remarks and strategic
guidance for the company’s internal training activities. He also instructed the HR department to
update policies for both Internal Mentors and all VietIS employees, reinforcing the company’s
commitment to promoting continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

As we move into 2026, VietIS looks forward to further cultivating a culture where curiosity,
collaboration, and growth are embraced and encouraged.

The morning welcomed everyone with the scent of fresh blooms and thoughtful gifts, while the afternoon brought a creative touch through a 3D painting workshop. Here, our talented “muses” expressed themselves through vibrant colors and bold brushstrokes — each artwork becoming a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, just like its creator.Through this celebration, VietIS wished to send a simple yet meaningful message:
“You are a masterpiece.”

Following a series of intense qualifying matches, featuring rallies that seemed to never touch the ground, the pairs Duy – Binh and Cuong – Tuan made it to the Men’s Doubles Final. It was a highly competitive match, and the final result was:

Cuong – Tuan also performed excellently, earning Second Place.

In the Mixed Doubles category, just as predicted, the top seeds The Manh – Ngoc Anh claimed First Place.

The entire VietIS Solution family took a well-deserved break to relax beneath the breathtaking
canopy of pink and white cherry blossoms near the bustling Shibuya station. After enjoying a cozy
Vietnamese lunch filled with mouthwatering dishes at Hoang Ngan Shibuya restaurant, we headed to
Yoyogi Park to fully embrace the hanami spirit.

Delicate petals danced in the spring breeze, gently falling on our shoulders and hair, bringing a sense
of peace and serenity. Even the little ones, brought along by their parents, were overjoyed to play and
explore amidst nature’s beauty.

Beyond the beautiful scenery, cheerful atmosphere, and delicious food, the picnic was a wonderful
opportunity to connect, share stories, and capture unforgettable moments through countless joyful
snapshots.

On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM, VietIS held its annual small tea party to review the internal training activities for 2024. This event was especially dedicated to expressing gratitude to the mentors, or “office teachers,” who have greatly contributed to the development of VietIS’s training programs, thereby playing a significant role in the company’s overall growth.

On this occasion, Đang Dieu Linh, representing the Board of Directors, delivered a speech. Based on a summary of the 2024 training activities, he highlighted the accomplishments as well as areas needing improvement and outlined the direction for training initiatives in 2025. The following key points were emphasized:

• Promoting foreign language learning: Japanese and English
• Improving work efficiency and productivity through the use of AI and V-collab
• Increasing the number of internal lecturers and speakers

Furthermore, Mr. Linh, on behalf of the company, expressed his gratitude to the outstanding lecturers and speakers, presenting them with meaningful gifts as tokens of appreciation.
