Our Halloween event brought together “international guests” from the United States, Japan, China, and Thailand — creative teams from different departments who dazzled everyone with their stunning costumes and imaginative storytelling inspired by the spirit world. The excitement reached new heights as participants bravely reached into the “mystery box” challenge to earn points for their teams, testing not only their courage but also their teamwork.

Then came the final act — “The Summoning Spell.” Each team chanted their own version of the haunting incantation, calling the spirits to join the celebration in a performance that blended creativity, humor, and a touch of mystery.

To spread the festive spirit throughout the office, the organizing team launched the “Trick or Treat – Blessing or Curse?” minigame. Hidden ghostly candies across both VietIS offices turned the lunch hour of October 31 into a lively treasure hunt, filled with laughter and surprise gifts.

At VietIS, Halloween is more than a costume day — it’s an opportunity to celebrate diversity, creativity, and togetherness. Through the vibrant theme of Día de los Muertos, we embraced the message that life is precious, memories are eternal, and joy is best shared.

Recently, VietIS officially signed a sponsorship agreement with members of the iGo Community Club from FPT University, contributing 40 million VND to support the program “Continuing the Journey to Khoen On.” This initiative aims to bring practical and lasting values to students at Ta Gia Primary and Secondary School in Khoen On Commune, Lai Châu Province through meaningful activities such as:

• Donating school supplies.
• Supporting boarding facilities.
• Installing a primary water filtration system.
• Setting up 20 lighting fixtures along village pathways.
  

The program is scheduled to take place from December 21 to December 27, 2025, spreading love and the light of knowledge to over 1,000 students in remote mountainous areas.

On October 21, VietIS officially kicked off its Annual Health Check-up 2025 with the first step — blood sample collection for all employees. Continuing the program, on the morning of October 25, VietIS members participated in a comprehensive health examination that included a wide range of tests and consultations: general clinical exams, chest X-rays, abdominal ultrasounds, electrocardiograms, and specialized checks in ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, dentistry, dermatology, surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology for female employees.

Beyond receiving their test results, employees also had the opportunity to consult directly with doctors, gaining personalized health insights and practical recommendations to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
