Despite the scorching summer heat in Hanoi that quickly drained physical energy, every drop of sweat only fueled the determination and competitive spirit of VietIS’s badminton enthusiasts.

From the very first qualifying matches, the atmosphere was already intense. With a round-robin format featuring best-of-three sets played to 15 points, every match was highly competitive. This year, the participating pairs were remarkably well-matched, with many matches being decided only in a decisive third set, pushing the excitement of the tournament to its peak.

After 12 thrilling matches, the top four pairs secured their places in the Finals. By then, it was nearly 11 a.m., and the excitement on Courts 7 and 8 had reached its highest point.

The celebration began with a delightful birthday treat for everyone: a VND 100,000 cash gift transferred directly to each employee’s account, along with sweet pastries, commemorative gifts, and personalized birthday cards waiting on every desk. The office was soon filled with smiles as everyone eagerly captured these lovely moments.

A Heartwarming Padlet Wall
The secret behind the QR code on the birthday cards quickly became a popular discovery among employees. Our birthday wishes Padlet wall was soon filled with thoughtful messages, heartfelt wishes, and, of course, plenty of wonderful photos capturing memorable moments. Thank you all for helping create such a meaningful space to preserve our shared memories.

Lucky Draw During Happy Hour
The excitement reached its peak in the afternoon with a live Lucky Draw hosted via Google Meet. After moments of suspense as everyone waited for the wheel to stop spinning, 13 valuable prizes found their lucky winners, whose good fortune truly shone through.

The birthday celebration is not over yet! A badminton tournament in honor of VietIS’s 13th anniversary will be held in the coming days—stay tuned for more exciting moments ahead.

This journey was not only about delivering practical support—including 45 sets of school supplies, a LED lighting system, and a new bookcase—but also about sharing invaluable emotional experiences. The schoolyard in this mountainous area became more vibrant than ever as the children eagerly participated in energetic outdoor games and worked together to complete the colorful “Youth Flower Garden.”

Notably, through a STEM workshop on assembling remote-controlled cars, the children had the opportunity to engage with technology, enhance their dexterity, and spark a passion for scientific exploration.

Seeing the children’s sparkling eyes and radiant smiles at La Ka, VietIS firmly believes that every act of kindness shared will help nurture their confidence, strengthen their belief in the future, and inspire a positive spirit toward learning.

Participants recharged with a thoughtfully prepared breakfast and enthusiastically joined the “Upgrade Parts Market,” where they could personally select practical and meaningful gifts.

Explosive Afternoon Minigames
Two challenges requiring dexterity and a bit of luck—“Off-road Racing” and “The Thief’s Hand”—brought excitement to the event. Attractive prizes ultimately found their rightful owners after persistent efforts from the determined “racers.”

Kicking off the 2026 seminar series, Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang, Deputy Head of Production and Tech Leader, delivered a session titled “Introduction to AI Frameworks and Application Methods in Company Projects”—a topic currently drawing strong interest. Through an engaging, practical, and easy-to-understand approach, the session provided valuable insights into AI frameworks and their application in real VietIS projects, attracting nearly 50 participants across both online and offline formats.

More than an internal training initiative, the monthly seminar series serves as a platform for VietIS team members to connect, learn from one another, and foster a strong culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the company.

Despite ongoing market volatility, VietIS closed 2025 with strong and measurable results. We are proud to report impressive double-digit growth, alongside a solid expansion of our client base and continuous advancement in AI-driven solutions.

At the event, Mr. Dang Dieu Linh, CEO, shared candid insights into the evolving technology landscape in the AI era and outlined the company’s strategic vision. 2026 has been identified as a pivotal year, marking a significant shift toward qualitative growth.

To translate growth ambitions into action, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tan, Deputy Director of Sales, introduced the 2026 business action plan, outlining clear roadmaps and revenue targets.
