This year’s Gala Dinner on July 19 at Mường Thanh Cửa Lò Hotel brought the most spectacular performances ever since the show’s debut in 2017. Bigger, bolder, and more creative than ever!

The show was such a hit that our Chairwoman, Mrs. Đặng Diệu Linh, doubled all the prize values — taking the total up to 25 million VND.
The talent, the teamwork, the energy — all made this night unforgettable.

Birthday gift for employees

10 years is a very special milestone in the development journey of VietIS. To celebrate the new age, and at the same time to send deep gratitude to the people who have been accompanying, standing side by side, contributing their energies to the development of the company, beautiful gifts have been sent to VietIS-ers. The gift is a book of memoirs created by VietIS employees themselves and a new uniform.

Gala Dinner – Party of youth

Last July, VietIS organized a summer vacation for more than 130 employees and their families at Lang Co beach, Hue – which is known as the most beautiful beach on the planet. The highlight of the trip was the Gala Dinner with VietIS’ Got Talent and Pool Party.

VietIS’ Got Talent is VietIS’ annual program, where each employee can show his or her other talent in front of familiar colleagues. This year, the stage of VietIS’ Got Talent attracted well-prepared performances in terms of content and performance. The performances on the stage were like thanks and congratulations to the company that successfully reached the first 10-year milestone.

Pool Party continues to be a party of sounds, lights and “wine” (warning this content is not intended for children under 18). Being held for the first time, Pool Party certainly left indescribable emotions and unforgettable memories in the youth years of many Gen Z employees.

Time is infinite, but life is finite. How many times will each of us have 10 years in our life?

To many people, VietIS is not only a name, a company but also a youth, ambition and dream. No one knows where the world will go and how it will develop in the next 10 years. So the presence of everyone in that moment of Gala night on the beautiful Lang Co beach is the most valuable moment.

That Gala night we VietISers drank together, got drunk together, enjoyed together and burned with all our heart in every moment as a respectful word to our own youth for tirelessly dedicating to VietIS.

HOWEVER, the April humid weather couldn’t stop the VIETIS girls from organizing a special party for VietIS men.

At VietIS, men are a large force that accounts for ⅔ of the “company population” and contributes a large amount of “GDP” to the whole VietIS. In a year, women have many occasions to be honored such as March 8, 20-October, etc, but VietIS men have not had a rightful day to be honored. For that reason, every year, VietIS girls tell each other to prepare a special day and many unexpected joys for men.

This year’s party is the same…

The girls prepared to come to the company early, to wait for the men and give Kuzday-style gifts which were carefully wrapped with boxes, bows. We guarantee that you will not be able to buy such gifts wherever you go. 

Followed by carefully prepared musical performances, elaborately staged by the girls themselves. The trio performance “Like – Love – See love” must have fluttered many hearts. After that, the song “In the summer” was performed in an acoustic style combined with the mini lottery game. Thanks to this program, we have discovered many attractive voices and hidden talents.

Mini games were also a memorable part for men. The mini games began with the game “Squat challenge with Mrs. Phuong” – thanks to that, we have known that the men at the company also work hard at sports and gym. The message the girls sent through this mini game was that, no matter how busy you are with work, don’t forget to take the time to exercise.

After training the body muscles, we continued to the “mouth” muscles. Ms. Phung Sen’s reading game is called the ultimate challenge for the brothers. There is nothing like the richness of Vietnamese. After playing, we are not sure if Vietnamese is our mother tongue or not? Even the content of Vietnamese people talking to each other that we can’t understand what the meaning is

The celebration of the happy day for the Kuzboys has also been completed, and the organizers would like to thank all the ladies in the company, especially the Quality Department, for creating a memorable day.

Receiving an invitation from Agile Lead Academy, next March VietIS will join 15 teams from other companies to compete in the WISE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2023 football tournament.

With VietIS, it doesn’t matter whether you win or lose, when participating in this tournament, everyone’s spirit and health are improved is the most important thing of the VIETIS Team!

That is exactly the feeling of the staff of VIS Solution (Japan) during the teambuilding trip last weekend. It doesn’t matter if it’s a little cold because there are people around to warm the heart and soul. As you can see, prominent in the vast space of white snow, a picturesque scene is very bright smiles. The photos spread a great deal of energy and love, and a great sense of compatriotism…

Skiing is a typical activity in the winter of the land of cherry blossoms. The ski season usually starts from mid-December, peaks from January to February, and lasts until the end of March. In Japan, there are many beautiful ski areas with fine quality snow.

With VietIS Solution (Japan), skiing at the beginning of the year is a tradition that has been kept for many years. Among many famous ski resorts, this year VIS decided to visit the ski area at Yomase in Nagano Prefecture (Japan). In this place, everyone has experienced very close and warm moments together. Temporarily forget about work, everyone has come close to each other, guiding and helping each other in the first lessons of the basic ski class. There are no teachers or students here, only experienced and less experienced people. Experienced people will teach and share for less experienced people. Likewise, camaraderie sometimes doesn’t just stop at helping each other at work, but also other aspects of life like that.

Therefore, skiing is an activity that is both for the purpose of bonding team spirit and for the staff to relax after a year of hard work. Just imagine the upcoming difficulties as obstacles ahead, and gently glide through them, you will surely find satisfaction at the end of the road.

If you don’t know how to ski, that’s okay, the advice of the previous person is to just follow the video tutorial. I don’t know if I can successfully fail or not, because I keep asking experienced “seniors” but they won’t tell. But really, the feeling of sliding from above to the middle around the vast white snow is a very good feeling. (I’m the one who wrote this article and have only had the experience of skiing in Ba Vi Mountain, but I’ve already found it “awesome”, not to mention the skiing will definitely be even better.)

WARNING: You should only go once a year, more than that, you will be “addicted”. There’s a VIS staff member who just went skating for the first time and has to add it to the to-do-list that he has to go once a year.

The goal of this program is not only to introduce VietIS but also to introduce Vietnamese culture and people to international friends. Therefore, our program is organized in many days with the specific contents of the Tour including:

1. 1. General introduction of VietIS offices and facilities. In addition, customers can also talk directly with project managers and employees with whom they will work directly in the future (if cooperating) through the following topics:

• + General introduction to software quality management process at VietIS
• + Number of projects and case studies completed within last year
• + The role and importance of BrSE/ Comtor in offshore projects

2. 2. Visit leading IT training universities in Vietnam and discuss directly with other offshore companies to get a more objective view of the overall market.
3. 3. Listen to a general introduction about Vietnam’s economic situation, especially information about the IT industry at Jetro Hanoi office.
4. 4. Go sightseeing and enjoy Hanoi’s delicious food.

Although with a short schedule, we believe that the participating customers have had a more realistic view and feel about Vietnam’s IT industry as well as offshore companies.

With the advantage of abundant human resources, high technical capacity and price competition, offshore Vietnam will definitely be a good choice for Japanese enterprises.

The course is divided into 7 main modules, of which the last module focuses on doing the final project. The contents of the 7 modules are as follows:

• Module 2: Blockchain Architecture

• Module 4: Smart Contract and Dapp on Ethereum
• Module 5: Blockchain in advance
• Module 6: Smart Contract in advance
• Module 7: Company Bootcamp

Training course duration is expected to last 6~7 weeks, starting from February 13, 2023. The form of learning will be a combination of self-study or self-research of documents sent by the training department and workshops held directly. Workshops are scheduled to be held every Saturday morning to summarize knowledge and make small case-studies to practice what has been learned.

With this training course, VietIS wants the staff in the company to constantly improve themselves, always actively learn and find out more about the trending technologies of the era as well as practical technologies that can be applied to work in the future.

“Love grows by giving“

Sharing always brings many miracles to life. In any situation, we can share and care for others.

We are grateful for the fate that has connected VietIS with the young and enthusiastic students from FPT University’s iGo Volunteer Club since the Ha Giang Warm Coat Program in 2020. This is the third time that VietIS participated in iGo Volunteer Club’s events. And with the concept of “Love Grows by Giving”, this year the Board of Directors continues to accompany the club as a Silver sponsor of the program “Ha Giang Warm Coat 6”.

The support of VietIS “near the last minute” has helped the Organizing Committee have enough funds expected to carry out the journey to bring love to the children in Sung Chang commune, Yen Minh district, Ha Giang province.

Program goals:

– Donated 1500 warm coats, 1500 woolen hats, 1500 books, more than 1600 sets of notebooks and pens, and other essential items such as blankets, and mats… to children in Sung Chang commune.

– To popularize education, organize educational programs, and develop soft and physical skills for pupils and local people.

– Renovating and upgrading two schools that have deteriorated or do not meet the learning and activity needs of the pupils: Chong Lo Kindergarten and Mao Pho Primary School.

We hope that the gifts from VIETIS will bring small joys and wings to the dreams of pupils in remote schools who are currently facing many difficulties.

Therefore, training on information security is considered one of the vital management issues, and it is a concern of most businesses and organizations in general and VietIS in particular.

VietIS is interested in information security and considers it the main priority. Therefore, we gained the ISO 27001 Certification in 2013. Moreover, our company organizes an internal information security training program twice a year, in June and December, for all employees.

The first inspection in 2022 was held on June 27^th and June 28^th via online form. The training program took place successfully with the participation of all members, and the most important thing was that we found five excellent people with the highest test scores. We honored and encouraged them by giving them small rewards.

To advance the achievements of the 1^st information security training program, we will attempt to maintain and continuously improve the current information system to satisfy the customers and partners.

Following this series of activities, on May 14th, in the joyful atmosphere of celebrating the 9th anniversary of the Company’s establishment, VietIS solemnly organized a party combined with team-building activities for all members at Xanh Villas Resort and Spa. It was a large-scale event with the participation of all the staff. The group activities and attractive games made members extremely excited and participated enthusiastically.

Everyone had the opportunity to relax and chat happily at the resort, helping them closer. There was a desire to win on their faces. However, they always understand that they are one big family, so whoever wins, that team deserves it.

The games were built under the requirements to increase coordination and support each other but still prioritized the entertainment for the participants. All teams joined in enthusiastically and tried their best, from simple games like assembling wooden bridges and moving by numbers to games requiring many movements like moving the balls.

Through this event, it is clear that VietIS’s “warriors” are very enthusiastic about everything, and they always try to overcome and succeed despite many challenges. The proof is that the challenges of the team-building program have been conquered and completed excellently by them.

The team-building activity was ended by a cozy party to celebrate VietIS’s 9th birthday. Through 9 years from small business, VietIS has grown and expanded to become an enterprise with more than 300 staff and three branches in both Vietnam and Japan. Become a trustfully company in IT outsourcing and system development to Japan market.

This success is contributed by the efforts of all members. Hopefully, under the leadership of the President Dang Dieu Linh and Vice-President, our Company will grow stronger and stronger.
