This makes it the fastest growing user app in history. According to Sensor Tower statistics, the short video-sharing platform TikTok needs 9 months after its global release to reach 100 million users, while Instagram takes up to 2.5 years, and the translation application Google Translate is 6.5 years.

In order to immediately catch up with technology trends, under the guidance and sharing of Mr. P.X.V, on February 7, VietIS organized a Workshop on the topic “ChatGPT – Opportunity or challenge“. Through the sharing session, he helped VietIS staff have a multi-dimensional view of ChatGPT and the opportunities as well as challenges that this tool can bring. Of course, this sharing is only a relative prediction of both present and future.

Mr. Vinh shared the following opportunities and challenges:

• Improved efficiency and productivity
• Create new products and services

Challenges:

• Bias and fairness: since the tool is using the Current State (a given type of input data), it may be biased if the data used to train them contains inaccurate elements.
• Job displacement: some existing jobs may disappear, replace, or be devalued.
• Privacy and security: some applications lose security and use images and information for non-personal purposes.
• Skills gap: the difference in qualifications, the skill gap among people in the future.

AWS Certifications are a set of certifications issued by Amazon, assessing the level of understanding of the Cloud (cloud computing), specifically the services of Amazon Web Services (AWS) as well as the application of those services effectively into practical problems. These certificates are divided into Cloud Practitioner, Architect, Developer, Operations, and Specialty.

The certificate I took is the AWS Certified Machine Learning. This is a specialty certification that assesses your skills in building and developing machine learning programs on AWS. Like all other certifications, this certificate requires a clear study plan and thorough preparation to be able to pass the first exam.

My exam experience is that the exam questions a lot about how the problems will be solved on AWS. The exam consists of 4 parts as follows:

Domain 3: Modeling 36%

Domain 4: Machine Learning Implementation and Operations 20%

If you are planning to take the exam, start studying ‘now or never’. In the past, many times I also planned to take the exam, but due to busy work, until the end of the year, I did not study and take the exam. Therefore, I tried to arrange a suitable time to study for the exam, although I spent little time, I studied every day to accumulate and gain knowledge.
