Society is increasingly developing, opening up many new job positions. For those of you who are learning about the field of Information Technology, you will probably be familiar with the phrase “Project Manager” or “PM”. So what is the job of a PM? And how to become a successful PM? Let’s listen to the sharing from the Seminar held in September by members of the VIS family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"?\"Project Manager is a manager, they must take full responsibility for completing a project, ensuring members complete assigned tasks well, and reporting and updating progress with relevant parties. The project manager’s job includes arranging personnel, tasks, deadlines, budget, equipment, documents, etc. from the beginning to the end of the project. Whether implementing a marketing campaign, constructing a building, developing software or launching a new product, they are responsible for the success and failure of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To become a successful PM, please note the following “keys to success”:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"?\"1. Decide\/determine who is the owner of the product\/project (Product Owner): When you understand your role in the project, it will be easier for you to control the task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"?\"2. Plan in detail: Develop a schedule, create a detailed project plan, and ensure that everyone on the project understands the goals and their roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"?\"3. Communicate effectively: As a Project Manager, communication is most important. You need to keep in full contact with project members, provide timely information, and ensure everyone understands the project’s tasks and status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"?\"4. Manage changes: Projects often have to change during implementation. You need to know how to manage these changes effectively without affecting the ultimate project goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"?\"5. Be creative and flexible: Sometimes, you have to find creative solutions and adapt to changing circumstances on a project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"?\"6. Communicate effectively: As a Project Manager, communication is most important. You need to keep in full contact with project members, provide timely information, and ensure everyone understands the project’s tasks and status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"?\"7. Learn continuously: The field of project management is always changing. Always improve your knowledge and skills through continuous learning and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The keys to success for a Project Manager are not only doing the job effectively but also building good relationships with project members, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving project goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
