Each year, as the nation celebrates Vietnamese Teachers’ Day on November 20, VietIS honors this
occasion with activities dedicated to recognizing the contributions of our Internal Mentors—those
who have been instrumental in shaping a strong learning culture within the company.
📚In 2025, our Internal Mentors played a vital role in helping new employees integrate smoothly,
sharing practical knowledge, and fostering a spirit of continuous learning across VietIS. Their
commitment and dedication have contributed to building an open, collaborative, and knowledge-
driven work environment—values that VietIS consistently strives to uphold.
💐At 10:00 AM on November 20, VietIS hosted the 2025 Mentor Appreciation Tea Gathering at the
main conference room of Office 3A.
📝During the event, Ms. Linh Chi, Head of HR & Communications, presented the 2025 Training
Report, highlighting key achievements, existing challenges, and proposed directions for training
initiatives in 2026.
🚩Following the report, Mr. Dang Dieu Linh, Chairman of the Board, shared his remarks and strategic
guidance for the company’s internal training activities. He also instructed the HR department to
update policies for both Internal Mentors and all VietIS employees, reinforcing the company’s
commitment to promoting continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
