How we can help We handle implementation design through initial setup
Automate identity management across IDaaS, SaaS, and your in-house systems, end to end. As an official development partner, we bring deep technical knowledge of the product itself.
What is Keyspider?Keyspider connects cloud services and on-premises in-house systems for identity provisioning with minimal effort, bringing user management, complex hierarchical org management, and attribute-based permission management under one roof.
It covers the identity management needs specific to Japanese companies — personnel transfers, effective-date handling, J-SOX compliance, and zero trust.
Account creation, changes, and suspension for joiners, movers, and leavers are applied together, driven by your HR data.
Divisions, departments, sections, and groups — multi-level structures and concurrent postings are supported, so the model matches reality.
Permissions are derived automatically from attributes such as job title, department, and employment type — nothing is missed on the way in or on the way out.
From major IDaaS and SaaS platforms to directory services and on-premises business systems. We connect what you already run — no need to replace it.
Services not listed here can often still be supported through API integration development. Get in touch and we’ll take a look.
These are the problems we hear most often from the people responsible for identity management. If even one of them rings true, Keyspider may well be the answer.
Every time someone joins, leaves, or moves, several systems have to be updated by hand
We want to adopt IDaaS, but registering users across every system is an enormous job
Each new system adds identity management work, and access reviews can’t keep up
Reorganisations lead to missed or incorrect permissions, and that worries us from a security standpoint
We need to get J-SOX compliance and audit logging in place quickly, but we don’t have the people
Any vendor can do the configuration. What sets VIETIS apart is that we support you from the position of building the product itself.
VIETIS works directly on the ongoing development of Keyspider and knows its internals and specifications intimately. That means not just routine configuration, but fast resolution of the hard failures too.
u0022The standard features don’t fit our workflow.u0022 u0022We need API integration with a legacy in-house system.u0022 We clear those obstacles. The same team covers consulting through implementation, so you never deal with a scattered set of contacts.
Precisely because these projects handle the most sensitive data there is — identity and HR records — we run them under strict quality standards and a rigorous information security management regime.
From taking stock of where you are today to improving things after launch. We set out what happens at each stage up front and propose an approach that keeps the burden on your team low.
We review your current identity management flow, the systems to be connected, and your org structure, then set out the requirements
We build the Keyspider environment, configure the connected services, and import your organisation and permission data
Drawing on our position as a development partner, we add features and build API integrations with external systems
We support everything from verification through to production launch, including preparing user-facing operating guides
We stay alongside you after launch for maintenance, reorganisations, and adding new connected systems
The questions we’re asked most often before implementation. If yours isn’t here, just ask.
Talk to us directlyYes, absolutely. We’re happy to take on initial configuration of an existing environment, importing organisation and permission data, or adding a connected service — nothing more. If you only want help with one particular stage, just say so.
It depends on how many systems are being connected and how complex your org structure is, but a standard configuration takes roughly one to two months. Where custom development or API integration with existing systems is involved, we scope the requirements first and quote individually.
We can. For bespoke systems that standard features can’t reach, we look at the options — API integration development, file-based integration, and so on — and support you from design through implementation. Tell us about your current setup and we’ll go from there.
Even if the problem isn’t fully defined yet, that’s fine — tell us where things stand, and we’ll suggest the best way forward.
