VietIS recently had the pleasure of welcoming Kosaido Holdings for a meeting and business discussion, with a focus on strengthening cooperation in IT talent development and expanding opportunities for Vietnamese IT professionals in the Japanese market.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on key initiatives, including standardizing training and competency development, expanding IT talent dispatch programs, and developing software solutions to meet the growing demands of international markets. These areas of cooperation are expected to contribute to improving the quality of IT talent while enhancing the ability to address recruitment needs and digital transformation demands in Japan.
