We respond promptly to requests from individuals regarding retained personal data (notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of third-party provision records). Where such a request is made, we confirm that the person making it is the individual concerned or their authorised representative, and then respond within a reasonable period and scope.

On receipt, we will send you our prescribed “Request for Disclosure of Retained Personal Data” form by post, fax, or email. Please complete it, enclose the required documents, and submit it by post or email. (Postage is payable by the requester.)
Once we have confirmed that you are the individual concerned (or their authorised representative), we will respond using the disclosure method you have requested.
(8) Measures taken for the secure management of personal information
To handle personal information rigorously, we have established rules and procedures for personal information based on a privacy policy conforming to JIS Q 15001, and we operate a personal information protection management system.
To ensure personal information is handled appropriately, we apply security control measures across four dimensions: organisational, personnel, physical, and technical.
We outsource work to third parties located outside Japan, and take appropriate security control measures for this, including assessing the external environment concerned.
