Maybe you don’t know?

During the past 10 years, VietIS has been one of the pioneering companies in receiving and training interns and freshers. Until now, VietIS has been cooperating with many training organizations to support students and young people looking for an IT environment to learn and improve their knowledge. Among them is the cooperation between VietIS and Funix Online University. On the afternoon of March 20, VietIS organized a Company Tour program to welcome students who are interested and learning about the company.

Participating in the program, on the company’s side, were Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang – a member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Internal Digital Transformation Department of VietIS, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Linh Chi – Head of Human Resources Department of VietIS, with Ms. Quynh Le, Ms. Bao Linh, Ms. Toan, and Ms. Minh Chau from the Human Resources Department. On Funix’s side, there was the participation of the Student Affairs Committee and nearly 20 current students.

The program went well with the exchange between the company and the students. The shared content is very useful to you, especially those of you who are in the process of completing your studies and looking for work opportunities at businesses. The contents are summarized as follows:

  1. Overview of VietIS, people, working environment, and job opportunities at VietIS.
  2. Some advice for students when applying for and working at companies.
  3. Some sharing from representatives of the Board of Directors and representatives of the training department about expectations and advice for students when doing internships.

During these discussions, students can freely ask questions that were answered directly by the company’s staff. Especially at the end of the program, the company also had small gifts sent to, and at the same time took them to visit the company’s production area so that they could somewhat imagine the working environment at the company.

From a personal perspective, this program is very meaningful for students because:

  • They can imagine what a professional working environment is and what career opportunities await them in the future.
  • They receive advice directly from the Employer, from which they can draw many lessons in the process of searching and applying to companies.

Hopefully, this sharing session will be of value to students who want to change and assert themselves on the journey to becoming professional developers/testers.

Good bye and see you again!!
